Do your customers buy from you once then never return again? I have yet to meet a small business owner who doesn’t have the opportunity to get a repeat sale from a customer. But many small business owners look at it differently. If that sounds like you, it’s time to open your eyes to the possibility. It’s a good way to increase your bottom line in a tight economy like we are experiencing today.
There’s some good advice online about customer loyalty programs. Just do a search and you’ll find loads on information. One article I really liked was How To Create a Loyalty Program Your Customers Really Love.
Let’s get this going for your business.
1. Think about how you might be able to create a “loyalty” program for your customers. Just do some brainstorming — get wacky and come up with some ideas that may sound like they are in left field.
2. Then share those ideas with me. I’ll be your sounding board.
3. Up to the challenge? Let’s get started. Oh, and if you already have a loyalty program implemented in your company, feel free to share that too.

Hi Denise,
Just want to let you know there is someone out here who has been reading your blogs (I found you today in the vast wasteland of cyberspace).
I hope you will continue your stick-to-itiveness because what you are doing is of great value to all businesses – I have been in business for 21 years, operating what many consider an outstanding successful business and I am going to start working through some of your tips in order to take our business to the next level.
Judging by the number of businesses opening with great optimism and closing shortly after – there are very few of us operating on much more than a hope and a prayer.
Most of us are stumbling in the dark bumping into problem after problem that can only be solved through blind faith and perserverance – your tips are already lighting my way.
Thank you.
George –
