Just do some brainstorming — get wacky and come up with some ideas that may sound like they are in left field.

Good post – have been doing exactly as you describe with a decent uptake from old customers.
Offering a discount to repeat customers is always a good thing, we also encourage customers to recommend us by rewarding them with a small percentage of the profits we make.
