Thesis Theme for WordPress: Options Galore and a Helpful Support Community

Giving just feels good. Whether you give a colleague a gift that provides them with personal satisfaction or a tool that will help them in their business, giving always feels just right.

But you need to make sure your giving doesn’t come with strings attached.

When you give a colleague or business associate something, it should not be given with the expectation that they “owe you one” unless a discussion takes place prior to the giving that includes some type of barter situation, such as “I’ll give you these tickets if you promise to share all of your sales leads with me.”

Givers — and I use this term loosely — who always expect something in return will soon find that there are no business associates to give things to.

What do you think?

I agree with your premise 100%. When you give…. you get. Don’t “expect” something back… You are establishing a relationship of giving. It’s a natural ebb & flow. You will be considered a “sharing” person – one to be trusted. Trust cannot be bought, but must be earned.
The same premise is valid in your personal life. Give from your heart… You’ll get great vibes back & lots of love & good feelings.
