A little about me and why I do what I do. For over twenty years, I worked for a huge Fortune 500 company helping company leaders, departments and teams create and put their plans into action to make change happen. That’s where I gained much of my experience.

I began my consulting firm in 1996 because I saw small businesses struggling everywhere I looked. We wear so many hats and sometimes it just takes a little help from an “outsider” to kick us in the right direction. Need a kick?
