What a prospect base! But why do so many companies avoid the goldmine that seems to be staring them in the face? Short term vision. Quick wins that equal big money. No long term strategy.
I hear it all the time from small business owners. No time to plan. Don’t have a clue where their business will be in one year much less five years. They spend their days reacting to what’s happening now just to keep the cash flowing.
Big company clients help satisfy that need. Until smaller companies become proactive and plan for the future, the “big company client” will always look better to them. It’s a shame so many companies are missing the boat on this. Is your company one of them?
