It’s so easy for small business owners like us to come up with great ideas for products and services that will help our customers.
Most small business owners I know would never have a problem with the idea well running dry.
But what we do have a problem with is not doing all our homework when we decide to take one of those ideas and turn it into action.
We get really excited about our idea and completely forget that we need to make sure there are people out there who will buy what we have to sell.
