Every week, without fail, I get a voice mail that never gets a call back. Sales call? No.
The person leaving the message is seeking help, but their company name and phone number is so garbled no amount of repeat listening will decipher the clues in the message.
When you leave a voice mail, and particularly when leaving your company name and number, talk like you’re writing in the air. That way you’re sure to get your message through and your phone call returned.
