I was introduced to Enloop, a free business plan software-as-a-service tool, about a month ago when they were getting ready to do their public beta at the Finovate show in San Francisco. Their service is geared toward helping anyone create a business plan that actually helps them determine the potential for success for their business via an easy to understand scorecard.
I haven’t taken it for a thorough test drive — as in I haven’t created a business plan — but I did create an account and nose around inside the service.
