Now that Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday are behind us, we can get on with finishing up our shopping for the rest of the season. But it may be a bit expensive. Shipping costs are one of the biggest reasons shoppers abandon shopping carts. I know there have been times when the cost of shipping has sent me running the other way.
