Project Management (Your Team or Mine)

I manage a variety of online projects. If you can imagine it, I can manage it. Typically any idea that has several tasks and requires multiple team members to get from idea to done is a project. Think about a puzzle with lots of different pieces. I create order out of that chaos -- plan it out into a logical sequence, assign it to the right team member and manage the completion along the way. And I've never found a problem I couldn't solve.

Prerequisite: An existing business that is currently bringing in revenue whose leader is tired of being stuck in the minutiae of your business  and is sick of watching your great ideas stagnate (while your competitors are going full steam ahead). And you're stuck on the sidelines. Ugh!?!

Course Launch Consultation & Management

Launching an online course or membership site seems very simple on the surface, but there are so many moving parts that need to be coordinated to ensure a successful outcome and sadly, “rushing it” to market can yield lackluster results. There are four phases to launching: 1) Teasing / Leaking, 2) Pre-Launch, 3) Launch, and 4) Post Launch. Each one of these phases has its own set of activities and assets that are required to help you reach your goal. In general, launch services include both strategy and tactics, such as: 

  • Launch support for your project (pre to post launch). 
  • Kickoff calls to create an actionable outline for our time together.
  • A spacious project plan with room to prepare your launch properly and minimize overwhelm.
  • Creation of launch assets such as sales pages, emails, webinars, blog posts, Facebook ads, and much more!
  • Timeline + team management using trusted systems.
  • Weekly calls with you and the project team to keep everything running smoothly.

I recommend at least four months from start to finish for your course development and launch. The launch strategy and plan we create together is customized to your unique situation (no cookie cutter plans here!) 

Prerequisite: An existing business with a willingness to outsource management and implementation of your online project. Must also have an ad budget available and be willing to meet regularly for strategy sessions.

Sales Funnel Design, Strategy & Consultation

Without a sales funnel, you can't have a successful business. In today's digital age, you have to take your prospects by the hand and walk them down a path to doing business with you. This involves nurturing, trust building, and relationship building to ensure a certain level of comfort with you before they'll move them prospect to customer. I, along with my expert team, can help you do that. We'll create a strategy and approach that matches your voice, your brand, and your values.

Systems / Processes Consultation & Development

If you want to step into the CEO role, you have to be a leader. That means you need to get stuff out of your head and stop doing "all the things." Which means you have to document your business processes and improve them as your company grows. It’s never too early to start. Even though you may only be a company of one, having your business processes documented can help. And when you're ready to hire, it will be so much smoother. So where do you start and how do you do it? That's where I come in.

Yep. Having an army of raving fans who do your selling for you is a great way to grow your business. And who would argue that getting referrals is the best (and least stressful) way to bring in new customers? If you're ready to let others do the selling for you and have an online product, setting up an affiliate program is the way to go. And if you'd like to be the one to say, "I get all my new clients via referrals," it's time to set up a system.
