It’s so easy for small business owners like us to come up with great ideas for products and services that will help our customers.
Most small business owners I know would never have a problem with the idea well running dry.
But what we do have a problem with is not doing all our homework when we decide to take one of those ideas and turn it into action.
We get really excited about our idea and completely forget that we need to make sure there are people out there who will buy what we have to sell.
Have you been down that road?
I sure have.
And it’s totally crazy. You simply must make sure you are filling a need that your prospects want filled if you want to be a success.
No amount of super cool marketing copy will get someone to buy something they don’t want or need.
So how do you find out if you’re on the right track?
Watch this quick three minute video for the steps you need to take before you launch that next big thing.
If you can’t see the video, watch it here.
Have you ever flopped with a new product or service? I’d love to hear about your experience.
